Pursuant to established procurement and accreditation policies, no vendor billing, request for payment, or financial transaction shall be processed, accepted, or approved for vendors who have not completed and satisfied the accreditation requirements for the current fiscal year.
To proceed with billing submission, the vendor must first submit all required accreditation documents to the authorized accrediting officer and obtain a confirmed Accredited status for the applicable fiscal year. Until such time, all billing submissions from this vendor will remain suspended and unprocessable.
